Hey I just read something in the Glendora report newspaper. (This is a newspaper that is sent out to people living in Glendora ca). Judy chu is at it again she trying to get bill h.r 3820 thourgh congress to expanded the San Gabriel Monument and Establish new national recreation area. here is the link to the bill. www.congress.gov/bill/114th.../3820/text

Hi Kevin, Thank you for the information. H.R. 3820--A bill to establish the San Gabriel National Recreation Area as a unit of the National Park System in the State of California, to modify the boundaries of the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument in the State of California to include additional National Forest System land, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Natural Resources. By Ms. JUDY CHU of California (for herself, Mrs. Napolitano, Mr. Schiff, Ms. Linda T. Sanchez of California, and Mr. Cardenas.)

The San Gabriel Mountains east fork river should be a Monument to Gold Prospectors...Unfortunately, it will a place where Gold panners will get arrested. Anyone read the official Environmental report??? Just like Yosemite, if you pan there or metal detect or 'take park resources'...You'll get arrested for stealing natural recources from a Natl. Park. Maybe we need a PRO-mining President in Washington...Just saying...

Oh ya, then I hope that "Mr." President makes the San Gabriel Mountains east fork river a Disneyland for Gold panners. Then I hope he creates a law upholding the 1872 Mining Law, that allows Dredges, high bankers & RV sites with piles of paydirt for the Gold Miners that voted for him... Or...What's her name wins and closes the San Gabriel Mtn's & arrests all Gold panners for environmental reasons on site...Choose & VOTE...Vote for a Gold mining Disneyland, or vote for an arrest record for Gold panning in a Natl. Monument... If you think I'm kidding, look up what happens to you if you Gold pan, prospect or detect in Yosemite...You will be arrested for stealing park resources and several environmental crimes as well...You choose on Nov. 8th
