Step 1 of 1

Stop in Radersburg to check out some of the cool old buildings then head west on mill road which exits from the approximate middle of town. There will be an unmarked road to the left (south) on top of a hill a short ways out of town. If you get to the off road vehicle parking lot and bathroom just south of mill road you have gone too far although from the parking lot the claim can be accessed with a higher clearance vehicle, On the right road you will come to the NW cornerpost of the claim on the N side of road, then drop down into a small ravine that was among the many ditches mined and hydraulicked back in the day. Diggings everywhere. There is a claim called Vera marked as private due South of the GPAA/Headwaters club claim.

Coming into Radersburg turn left on Mill St. Turn left just before the BLM Parking site for ATVs. Follow rd to edge of notheast side of claim. There is a road on the southeast corner of BLM ATV site you can take to claim this road has a steep spot just before you get the the spring area with water.

Step 1 of 1

There are two main ways to get to this claim, one is significantly easier than the other.

The first way is the easier one, and is doable in a 2x4 vehicle assuming it is not wet. The soil here is mostly clay, so the roads get super slippery when they are wet, which will cause you problems in a 2x4 vehicle. Head out of Radersburg on Mill St, and you will climb a large dirt hill. At the top of the hill, I believe there is a sign that says entering BLM OHV area, and a road going to the left shortly after the top of the hill. You will turn onto that road going to the left. There are tons of trails that branch out from this road, but if you stay on what looks like the most driven road you will eventually get to the claim, where this road drops down into a gully.

The second way is much more difficult although maybe a little faster. It requires 4x4, especially if the ground is wet, and is suited for smaller vehicles rather than big trucks. You will head out of Radersburg on Mill St, and continue all the way until you hit the OHV staging area on your left, which is a big parking lot. There is a main road that continues from the southernmost part of the parking lot, and you will take that all the way into the claim
