0 Replies and 2544 Views AMRA PROTEST SAC  2544  0 Started by  brandon.n.barton92@gmail.com Just posting to spread the word. As of right now AMRA will be having a peaceful protest in Sacramento on August 27th, 2019 1pm, State Capitol and bring your LOUD VOICE. I will be there and hope anyone else who can be there will be there. WE WILL send a message to those politicians who think they can walk over the people of the state, ignoring federal laws and regulations and taking away our rights. 3 Replies and 22827 Views FEE CHANGES  22827  3 Started by  walter@equalaccesstojustice.com The BLM has made some changes to some fees for mining claims. Most are only a five dollar increase but if you did not included the correct amount it could cause problems including the loss of your claim. I have tried to highlight the federal register notice areas of interest and the table of the increases. The new amount is on the far right side of the table. Major issue for most miners at this time is the increase in the filing fee with BLM for the Affidavit of Labor or Proof of Labor, this is ...

For those that metal detect and prospect in Rye Patch, NV, please read the following summary and share with your Clubs members and prospecting friends. Bill     From Land Matters: The above map shows who the land manager is and which sections have claims. The simple fact that the BLM is the land manager does not mean the land is open to prospecting or claim. I took the next st...

Sees Need For Increased Mining Activity  2320  0 Started by  walter@equalaccesstojustice.com THIS DIRECTLY AFFECTS MINING EVERY MINER SHOULD COMMENT   Raising US output of non-fuel minerals and fossil fuel resources is part of the Trump administration's America First policy, aimed at boosting US exports while curbing imports using tariffs and other protectionist measures.   The United States is heavily reliant on imports of certain mineral commodities that are vital to the Nation's security and economic prosperity. This dependency of the United States on foreign sources c...

Not sure how well it works but hope non of you have more than 10 claims going across states and use an Small Miners Exemption. I pulled up all the BLM claims that I am on, make sure you do not have any more than 10 claims if you are an SME filler.         ...

3 Replies and 61753 Views Review of Certain National Monuments from 1996  61753  3 Started by  walter@equalaccesstojustice.com We are getting a second chance to comment on the National Monument if you have the desire. National Monuments are totally controlled as recreational areas with location rights removed. In virtually all instances that I know of public use is at the whim of the agency and most activities are very much curtailed or stopped all together like prospecting. East Fork of the San Gabriel River is one that comes to mind that is most recent. There is a web site page that is devoted to this that is a part o...

0 Replies and 4878 Views New prospects for mining and prospecting in the works.  4878  0 Started by  robertj.scarborough@comcast.net Hi! I saw a small news item on Fox News the other week about the U.S. Government wanting to reduce our dependence   on China and other foreign countries for strategic minerals.  Like: Gold, Platinum, Cobalt, Titanium, Copper, Magnesium, bauxite, and rare earth minerals used for electronics  ( I can't spell most of them - is unobtainium a real substance). There have been some huge discoveries in new uses for Gold as an alloy with Titanium which is stronger than Titanium...
