If they are on BLM land you can camp up to 14 days. I'm not sure which claims you are talking about but I know you can camp on BLM land for 14 days in one spot.

The answer is Yes, for 14 days, and do yourself a favor and contact the BLM to let them know you will be there, they will most likely send out an officer to check on you. Many of the GPAA claims and others are outside of cell coverage, if you get caught in a bind they can assist.

Thanks for the information. I was thinking of working on the Arkansas Group near Leadville; and it would be nice to spend a couple of days camping there.
