Gabriel. I would break out your Mining Claims Guide. I am rusty on my California geography( I lived there 17 years but did not take up prospecting until 6 months before I moved) but I think Tulare county is the heart of the motherlode, I would think there would be many GPAA claims and Public areas there. Get in touch with one of the local Chapters, Delta Gold or East Bay as they seem to go out all the time and have many private claims in addition to the GPAA claims.
