Just wanted to see how most people carry their membership cards and book?
At first I thought I'd just put them in my wallet but I have a tendency to fall in water so that wouldn't work. Right now I just stick my cards inside my guide and stuff that in a dry pocket of my pack.

Card in wallet, and that goes into something else if I start playing in water.  Guide stays in rig.

Like Arthur my card is in the wallet and I leave that in the truck, though I have not had to walk into a claim yet so when I get out west I will probably to the same in back pocket and a waterproof bag to put it in when I get into the water. The guides (GPAA and LDMA) are kept in the trailer along with maps etc I might have for the area.

I laminated my cards so I don't worry about them getting wet, just bought some cheap laminating sheets from Office Max. I keep one in my wallet and the other is placed in the window of my vehicle when we go out.

Mine is laminated also, I did it at work, because they had the equipment. You may be able to find a print shop in your area (if any are still open ). I did the lamination a bit over size on the length , then put a hole punch in the end of the plastic to insert a safety pin or small carabiner .

FYI for those thinking of upgrading the GPAA Lifetime and LDMA I'd cards are plastic like a credit card.
