Hey all you GPAA Gold Prospectors...
Well, 2016 is here and our fight for our individual & collective prospecting/mining rights is still ongoing. Dave Mack and the other great folks at the New 49ers Club in Kalifornia are still out there, fighting for ALL of us......working to get the Kalifornia suction Dredge ban overturned, once and for all.
This legal fight may seem far away if you're not living in Kalifornia, but I can assure you the implications are national in scope! The precedent that's eventually set WILL dictate the outcomes in all other states.
IF the PLP and New 49ers can force the State of Kalifornia to abide by the U.S. Constitution, the Founder's concept of Federalism........that federal law trumps state law, then suction dredgers WILL get back in the water after 6+ years of illegal and unconstitutional delays by a godless, Commie Liberal Democrat run state.
We simply can't let the eco-Nazis win, again. Sure, they own the politicians lock, stock & barrel, true............BUT, we have the Constitution, law, common sense on our side!

There will be 25 prizes in all:

Four ¼-ounce American Gold Eagles
Ten 1/10th-ounce American Gold Eagles
Ten 1-ounce American Silver Eagles
Our office will automatically generate a ticket in your name for every $10 legal contribution we receive ($100 would generate 10 tickets, etc).
This drawing will take place in Happy Camp, California at our office at the close of business on 26 February 2016.
You do not need to be a member of our organization to participate. You do not need to be present to win. There is no limit to the size or frequency of your contributions, or to the number of prizes you can win.
