    I live in DeKalb, Il. about 40 miles southeast of Rockford. not much gold out here just glacial drift gold but I keep looking hoping to get back out west next summer or fall.

    Hello My Name is David and I just started prospecting this year. I have been out twice to Morgan Monroe State park found some small stuff and had lots of fun.
