i would think buying land in idaho or anyware for that matter off e bay would be sketchy.. without looking at the land or going through the owners or realiter in person might lead to lots of problems down the road.. for example ( i have 100 acres in northern nevada right in the center between two big gold mining companies mines.. ill sell it to you for $15000 cash on e bay and send you the paperwork) you dont know if i really own that land to sell, what it looks like, and you already paid me the 15000... i often use e bay for other smaller things like bike parts or car parts and yes there are money back garrentees or protection through paypal but from first hand experiance it takes a while sometimes to get your money back, which is a pain in the back side.. in my opinion spending large amounts of money through e bay is sketchy. you can always e mail the seller, ask questions and see if you can look at the land first and deal direct with them. just my 2 cents.. hope all goes well for you
