I joined the GPAA last month and got a 3 year old magazine with my kit. I called and asked for the latest one and was told I'd get the March/April 2016 shortly. I know they are online but I like to read the actual magazine.

I had a problem getting my magazines when I joined. It turned out I had taken my address off of the profile for this forum, which removes it from the printers mailing list. You still need to call for back issues you are owed, but if you put your address in your profile then you should get them going forward.

Just wandering when ill get jan an feb issue. The last one i got is nov an dec.

I had an E-mail a couple of days ago saying that they had some problems at the printer and the next issue would be out soon.

Hi,
"Out soon" isn't happening with my January issue of the Prospector's magazine. I just renewed GPAA membership in early December, so that shouldn't be an issue.

May be like any new business that says "opening soon", which means don't hold your breath.

My last magazine was late and I also never received my Pick and Shovel Gazette. I thought it was lost in the mail but it looks like I'm not the only one to not receive it.

I have NOT received my Jan/Feb 2020 GPAA magazine, nor the Mar/April 2020 issue.

Neither have I received ANY Pick and Shovel Gazette this year.

I heard they had changed printers, but this is ridiculous. Could they just notify folks that there is a remaining issue instead of leaving folks up in the air?

I have called the office in Temecula, but nothing has been resolved yet.

I just received my March & April gpaa magazine. I found a typo on page ten where the gold is it tells you to go to page 98 but their is no page 98 so I went and found it on page 92.

I also received a claim updates book.

Received my March / April Gold Prospectors magazine today along with the Claim Updates. It looks like the updates will be put out twice a year replacing the Pick & Shovel Gazette.
