    Hi Kevin
    My wife and I are planning a trip to Weaverville Ca claims. I understand there are two. Can you give me any info on which if any would be better for a detecting trip. I just upgraded to a Gold Bug Pro and can hardly wait to get it out there. I would appreciate any info on detecting locations in Northern CA also...and tips for the gold bug...

    Buddy I am sorry but I cannot offer a lot of information for you on those claims. I have visited them once while I was in the area and did a little detecting while I was field testing a machine for review.
    If you can reach out to the local GPAA Chapter in Redding http://www.goldprospector...ome/ChapterId/REDDCA I am willing to bet you can get some first hand accounts from members that have prospected the claims.
