I have over two thousand acres of mining claims in Alaska 60 miles south of Tok, Alaska along Porcupine Creek and only 5 miles off the main highway. Access is by a good right of way trail. For sale at less than 40k per 160 acre claim - $400,000.00 for 12-160 acre claims -- making the price only $200 per acre. After recovering 5g on an acre -- yes five grams -- you could pay your mining costs and the cost for the acre.

The photos show an area on the trail to the claims (4 miles from paved highway), the Porcupine Creek and gold in a pan recovered, after classifying to 3/4minus, from 2 cy or material by using a Gold Cube (pictured) - (a few yards of this pay dirt is more than enough to pay for one acre of the claim).

Terms possible with 5% of the gold recovered as a royalty. I would consider selling these 160 acre claims individually starting at $48,000.00. Gold and concentrates in the gold pan photos is from 2 yards after being classified to 3/4minus in July 2016 after running through the small multi-level sluice - a Gold Cube - shown on the table and in the last photo.

Test results are good on the property connected to my claims and Corvus Gold did exploration their property by spending several million in the past for drilling and testing and just recently sold their claims to Millrock who plans to develop them. They plan to spent several million dollars more next few years. My age as well as lack of mining experience and money has prevented me from doing extensive testing but with testing by hand with shovel, bucket, classifier and pans we are getting gold within the top foot or two wherever we test.
