Italian Bar is tucked deep down in a canyon with VERY LITTLE to no phone service. The caretakers usually make a trip up top once a week or so to respond to emails. You can try reaching them here: ibarcamp.2012@gmail.com & findmooregold@gmail.com -- The caretakers are Rick & Tina Moore. You can also try posting your question in the "Italian Bar Property" thread under LDMA in the forum. Members may be able to assist as well. Lastly, if you have no luck getting in touch with the caretakers, feel free to give the office a call and speak with Sharina. She can assist your further.

I could not find any info on LDMA on GPAA's website anymore. I see a link to purchase a membership but it leads to a 404 page. I emailed the GPAA to get some info on the LDMA camps and they emailed me a link. So far the link only shows 6 LDMA camps and when I purchased my membership in 2007 there were about a dozen camps. Italian Bar and Duisenberg are not listed on the new LDMA site. Also, their new site wants an additional $1250 for a spouse to be added, as I purchased in 2007 my husband and I both have name tags and I won't pay for something I already paid off.

I am concerned with nickel and diming over adding spouses and whether or not the other LDMA camps were sold and shouldn't the LDMA have funds with the sale???

All is good. The LDMA new website is not complete and not all camps are listed at this time. The only change in camps was the sale of the Athens property.
II you need info on any of the LDMA Camps or accounting, please call the office and go to the LDMA reps. They can answer any questions you may have.
