So does anyone have a current claims map of the Gold Basin in Satellite view? I really don't feel like spending the $75 for the Footprints Map Program when all I want is the Claims info for this one trip. I can study the Topography, Geology and Geography to my liking from the Satellite view in Google Earth but I want to know the boundaries and what Claims or Public Land is around the Bahde Claims. Please??? I'd really appreciate the assist here.

I will be staying out on the Bahde Claims from 11/20-11/23, or so that is the plan as of right now. I had started a thread looking for other intel and insights but I thought I could be more focused on what I need most here and hopefully someone who can be of greater assistance will see this thread.

Have used this for a few years now, may be other companies not sure but this was good for me. The Bahde and Hoppy claims are ¼ sections so it is easy if you have the section lines in any program.

If you have google earth then I would subscribe to Earth Point for the advanced subscription it is 5 a month or 50 a year. You get  A subscription is recommended for the enhanced features of Earth Point. These are:

It seem to work very well, after start up first time it will be there when ever you log in. I use it at work and home as it is tied into a login.

Well I ended up forking out the $75 for the Gold Basin Arizona Footprints Map Program afterall seeing how I got no help here. LOL... It's all good. I most likely will be very pleased that I did. I will also have to see, once I get it, how I can share some of what I learn with others here who may not be in a position to fork out the dough won't be so blind before they head out there.

My only concern is the Bahde is hunted out. I haven't gotten much feedback at all on this claim. I know that it has produced nuggets over the years but in my research, I see the most recent intel suggesting that the Lost Basin is much better the Gold Basin. But that is all random forums comments found on other sites and really haven't found anything on our forums.

I've recently developed a way to map out the GPAA claims in NW AZ. Starting with Google Earth and Goldmaps online ($20)and the Properties guide on the GPAA website, click on the claim you want to visit, and click on the Ingress listing. On the left side of the next screen, copy the decimal coordinates. Next, paste the coords into Google Earth, and click on search. You'll see a "pushpin" with the coords. Save the pin to My Places in Google. Repeat this process for the Center of claim coords. Be sure to save My Places. From here you can plot a route. Fair warning, guys: This has not been tried, since I'm still waiting on a closing date for our new house in Kingman. Colorado has gotten too cold for me, and Denver...too weird.
