Today I am making my award winning chili but tomorrow is a different thing. It will be my famous jumbalya and it will be loaded with black eye peas for good luck. Besides that I carry a little black rock in my pocket from the black diamond mine in NV. even though it is not a diamond. I don't believe in the broken mirror because that one would have gotten me a long time ago because my son owns the largest metal recycling yard in NE ca. and we have crushed 20,000 cars with most having three each, 420,000 years of bad luck. I do believe in ghost because we always see that shadow when the dogs ears perk up and he stares at the ghostly image or the sound of a dogs claws on the hardwood floor upstairs but we don't have an upstairs in this part of the house now. I have a stainless pot on the wood stove drying material from a Chinese diggings and when it gets warm the pot starts rocking, maybe a tommy knocker but scares the hell out of my grand kids and there all drinking age. What's your superstition? Tom
Not to the point of salt, ladders, sidewalk cracks, black cats, etc.
I do figure on ghosts, get that twitchy feeling once in awhile, and the wife had a pretty good ESP vibe, but most of the time would not voice it.
