As per a thread in Relic Hunting, the subject of a form for property owners and users for permission. Would have to include some kind of liability waiver for the owner, as well as giving permission to MD or prospect/sample. Would not have to have GPAA/LDMA on it anywhere. Just a thought to persue.

Arthur, Do you have forms that you use currently for permission, code of ethics and liability that you present to land owners? If so I would hope that you take the lead on a page if we can get it created. Let me know.

I don't know if the MD club I belong to has such an animal or not, but we meet next week on Wed., and I'll bring it up. I think we can come up with something here as a template. I think I can talk Rita and Steve into helping, and maybe White's since they are in the neighborhood.

I got one from a club in Florida that was drawn up by a member who is a retired lawyer. On it's way down to you via snail mail.
