I'm looking into coming down your way for a few days in May, I have a sister and brother down near Roseville and they said there's been lots of flooding, sounds like a great time to find some gold! I've only been prospecting about a year, all up here in Alaska, so I need to find out anything I can about coming your way! Are there any special regulations or permits on metal detectors around there? What's the best way to see the claim maps in the area? (I dont want to step on any toes). Sounds good, If you want take a drive up and we could check out some of the claims. With the extreme amount of rain we received in the Feather River basin this year I'm sure it has exposed new areas and concentrations of gold.
