I have several 20-acre placer claims in Section 8 of 32N 32E in Rye Patch, NV right next to Mt. Majuba.
Section 8 is one of the most sought-after sections in all of Nevada.
I have an opportunity to buy some claims that have been locked in since the 60's and so am looking to sell a few of my Section 8 claims to help pay for these more-expensive new claims. If I decide to sell the Section 8 claims it will be for $3500 firm.
I will not negotiate on the price as there is gold to be found on these claims.
Spring is almost here and the miners are ready to head to the gold fields.
If you do buy one of my claims I will help you learn the ropes. This is a rare opportunity to OWN a gold claim in one of the finest areas in Nevada.

The Rye Patch Claims are no longer available!
I'll consider selling a couple more but with the recent finds out there we're probably going to hang on to what we have.
I highly recommend if you see claims for sale in Rye Patch especially within a couple miles of Mt. Majuba you go for it!
I might consider leasing claims to those who want to come out and explore without committing to a $3000 purchase.
Definitely gold out there and it's great to see nuggets still being pulled out on a regular basis.

Chuck what are you willing to do on the lease? I am in Rye Patch area quite often, and there is quite a bit of land available to hunt out there. But, its still nice to know there are proven spots that may produce. Is this anywhere near the Dusty Mine claims or further north up the way...?

Tim in Rye Patch area.....you can park pretty much anywhere....lottsa land....There aint no body gonna bother you there. Plus there is a campground at the dam with all ammenities, even showers.

Just obtained 2 claims in Section 8 (T32N R32E) and 2 claims in Section 24 (T32N R31E) in Rye Patch that I am willing to sell.
The claims in Section 24 have been locked up for a couple generations and haven't been worked as much as other claims. They are in the hills and are believed to contain the source gold for a lot of Rye Patch placer.
Section 08 speaks for itself and still produces gold regularly.
These new claims are $3500 firm due to recent finds.
Getting claims in Rye Patch is difficult at best. I'll make the process very easy for you.

I've detected open ground on Rye Patch 3 or 4 times and only found bird shot. I'd love to get on good ground. I'd return the favor and bring this person to my gold mine in CA. Call/text me if you wanna detect Nevada and know of worthwhile spots. 415 408 8262 Erik

Chuck, you seem to have a lot of Claims up there. As a GPAA member you wouldn’t be interested in doing a claim share with GPAA or a lease? If you have interest in maybe doing this s a trial on 1 or 2 Claims. Let me know or contact Kevin Hoagland direct. If you want to share some knowledge on something that might make a good claim fir GPAA let Kevin Know. Something not claimed currently.

If you are hunting northern nevada....there are so many places to go other than a claim. Unless it is really a proven producing claim. Buying a claim can be tricky unless its been checked out properly
