hello all, my wife just spent 2 days at gold flatz 1 & 2 claim between Wickenburg az and Tonopah az , we didn't find anything not even a speck, we still had a great time just being out of the city and such , we were dry washing and using a metal detector. we found nothing , anyone else have that same thing happen to them. shawn

Don't get discouraged Shawn , keep at it and you will get better .Took me awhile to start finding gold on the claims .Now I do good dry washing and even find a little gold metal detecting .Dont listen to the people who always say it's the claims ,there good gold on the claims by Wickenburg . I went to the vulture bait claim Thursday and Friday and picked up three small nuggets metal detecting . I had to work pretty hard for them but it was worth it. Stephen

Me too, been to many in AZ, found only small flakes in the Congress group.

Was in NM at a GPAA claim earlier this week, met a guy who showed me a "Electroscope" , look it up on line, tad bit expensive but it works! I'll be buying one soon
