I would like to put my 4” in the water but have been searching locations and dealing with who or how to file for permit. Also new to prospecting but have all the required equipment. Looking to meet new people and possibly someone to do dredging weekend or week trips with. Two dredges are better than one. Trying to figure this forum and service out as well. If there is a way to private message each other please feel free to do so. Sorry I’m advamce if I shouldn’t have made this post again new to site and tried searching already. If anyone would like to contact me off the site for trips my email is Nokturnal1488@gmail.com. Facebook and messenger. Would like to meet new friends and hit the river. Hope to hear from ya’s and happy hunting.

You can dredge (up to 4") on Clear Creek in Jefferson County along US 6. Go to the Jefferson County park website for more info.

South eastern indiana (where I'm from) is a good place for placer. Actually, indiana is a good place but I'm partial to my local area. I've never been skunked. Greensburg, Indiana chapter has outings In brown county and up to a 5" dredge is acceptable without a permit. Contact....Dave 765. 265. 7667
