I have a hatred for the need of certain people to always try and control our lives and all in the name of FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE crap !

I am not trying to stir up trouble but I am wanting some input to an idea. These people need to understand that their constant meddling in other peoples affairs can be turned against them. I have read that the majority of our GOD GIVEN RIVERS that are rich in gold are the ones that these people ALWAYS  target to stop us from dredging or even using a shovel, that we can ONLY PAN and use our hands ! HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT ? 

We cannot dredge here, there, anywhere that there is a chance to get real gold. 

BLM told me one time that I could not dredge on an area that I was buying a placer claim and used the excuse that it would create to much damage to the river with my 4" dredge ! I said, YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT MY 4" DREDGE WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO THE RIVER THAN THE SPRING RUNOFF DOES ?  HE SAID, WELL NO, BUT PEOPLE WILL COMPLAIN THAT LIVE IN THE AREA ! 

Another thing I hear is, YOU WILL DISTURB THE MERCURY THAT HAS BEEN LEFT IN THE WATER ! " BULLS*%^T" 

So now I am thinking, if they are worried that the river is contaminated with the Mecury of the past miners , then we THE PROSPECTORS and ANY homeowners of those areas should come together and DEMAND that these people , the ones directly the cause of this turmoil ( WRITE FROM THEIR OWN HANDS )  an extensive MONTHLY report , outlining the purpose, the cost to clean the river and the ACTUAL PROGRESS of the river clean up. And then THEY have to pay for this clean up from their government division. IF WE RAISE THE DEMAND AND INSIST AS THEY HAVE INSISTED ON INTERFERING  IN OUR LIVES, THEN TROUGH THE COST OF MONEY AND THE HASSLE OF PERSONAL TIME LOSS, we may be able to get their attention that we too can be destructive to their objective of abusive control using the power of the government AGAINST its own civilians.

So if the concern from them for our health and safety is legit, then shouldn't they put their money where their concerns are and CLEAN THE RIVERS and I mean ALL OF THEM for our health sake and that of the environment ? 

WE THE SMALL MINERS AND PROSPECTORS ARE THE ONES PUTTING UP OUR MONEY TO BUY THE EQUIPTMENT AND DOING THE WORK CLEANING THOSE RIVERS OF CONTAMINATES WHILE GETTING LITTLE IN RETURN AND BEING HARRASSED BY THOSE WHO SHOULD BE THANKING US FOR OUR EFFORTS !!!

IS THIS POSSIBLE to do as a united group of company's and individuals ?
