If you go to "Add Reply" or start a new thread, use the "Design" mode button on the bottom left of the panel. Once in design the 6th button from the left of the top is an icon with a a little mountain click it and a drop down with an "Image Manager" button appears, click it and a green box opens, on the top is an "add image" button, click that then click "Select" it will open your images file on your computer and you can select the image to add. I added a random photo just now to check, this is near Bears Ears that is being opened to mineral exploration. Hope that helps.
