If you go to http://ow.ly/zv4yw you can read all about their dilemma. If I were a Yurok Indian, I believe I would prefer to have dredgers and prospectors roaming in my backyard versus the Mexican Cartels M-16s, assault rifles, and booby traps! Thanks, Irvin

AH, gee I guess they are missing all of us people friendly, clean cut, and armed to the teeth gold prospectors now aren't they? Sorry, I am 1/16th American Indian and I would love to have gold prospectors on my land. They clean up after themselves and others, look out for the people around them and tend o be LAW ABIDING citizens.

Nice thing about it though, if the feds have turned over the ground to them, as a soverign nation they can deal with it however they see fit. I can see warpaint and scalps hanging on the front of the lodges soon.
