The BLM has made some changes to some fees for mining claims. Most are only a five dollar increase but if you did not included the correct amount it could cause problems including the loss of your claim. I have tried to highlight the federal register notice areas of interest and the table of the increases. The new amount is on the far right side of the table. Major issue for most miners at this time is the increase in the filing fee with BLM for the Affidavit of Labor or Proof of Labor, this is national. Even if the BLM accepted your fee or cashed your check or charged your credit card if you paid under the amount that is due it does not make it OK. From my experience you will still owe it so check out the dates when you filed or receipt for monies carefully, if in doubt call the state office the claim resides in.
