Hello everybody!

New member here living in Lone Pine, CA on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada.

New to prospecting and interested in exploring both sluicing and detecting. Also enjoy backpacking so I may be up for some back country prospecting next spring/summer.

I don't have much equipment for river work, just a small sluice and some pans. On the detector side I've got a Garrett Ace 350 and a Fisher Gold Bug 2.
