As a member, you can bring up to four (4) (IIRC) non-members to a claim. However you are responsible for them, and thay are only allowed to pan.

Welcome to the madness. If you are close to a chapter, contact them and drop by. Lot of information to be gleaned and prospecting friends to be made. Bring those you invite to the meetings as well. Who knows, they might just get interested in the yellow stuff too.

You gotta be careful bringing friends and new people to some of these sites... they've been known to find more and bigger yellow-stuff than us.

In which case you should promtly let them know anything bigger than a "pin head" goes to you/the club member for introducing them to our fine hobby. 😁😁😁
