I called the Temecula office and waiting a return call for specific transfer fees ( said it depends if buyer is gpaa member, gpaa lifetime etc)
I will post all details as soon as I get them
My monthly fee is $10 per month

I don’t know what the total fee is if you’re not a gpaa lifetime
Call the Temecula office and speak with Gen. she is the person that handles all transfers and j
Knows all the fees. Let me know, and if still interested I will work with you
