Ok I am taking a weeks vacation from work and going to K River Campground in Moyers, Oklahoma. My wife , and two kiddos love to find gold and cool rocks. plus we all love camping. we will be using a 3" dredge. And a Golden Dream Sluice powered by Gold Hog Mats. and a mini sluice "cleanup sluice" i just bought from GPAA. We will be there from August 8th or 9th until August 16th if you live around Moyers and want to prospect with us feel free to come on out and have a great time

Found a little color at Kiamichi river (K River Campground), River was at 6.89 feet near Antlers. ( Suggest gage height of 4 - 5 feet) Unless dredging.A bit high to access gravel bar without getten wet. By looking at google earth there is alot of bends and gravel bars up stream, am to assume they are on private land. It appears your post is a year old hope you are still around Guy. 08/16/2015

How is the dredging up there at the K-river ? I dredge the Llano river in Texas, but it does not produce much. K-river might be my closest spot... Jim

As of May K river has new owners, from what I understand. not sure what they are doing there but the website still talks about prospecting there and dredging.
