I was in Telluride "To Hell You Ride" last weekend, the head of the San Miguel River was still hanging with ice, but the water has slowed and cleared. I am going to be taking a member to some of our claims, and my personal claim, plus recreational rich claims.

Our window this year is from now to about the second to third week of September. Be safe, the water is still fast and snow is already falling at high elevation. Bring your wet gear, cold weather gear, warm weather gear, mosquito repellent, and as always, a side arm. Colorado is a open carry state but a few cities like Telluride, Boulder, and Denver require concealed carry permits.
