I was given a piece of Hot Air Balloon material a few weeks ago and it is fantastic for replacing a bellows. Tough as nails and flexible.
Using my old bellows as a pattern I cut the balloon cloth to a bit over sized than the original, hot seam sealed and stitched it all together.
I am not sire where it came from but I bet it will be easy enough to source out on the internet.
