Hey guys I'm wondering what people do with the trash they find? I know people take pride in removing lead, iron, mercury, etc from creeks and just general mining areas. However I'm more city slicker than redneck even though I grew up in Dallas. I'm not really sure if there's a good use or safe way to dispose of some of this stuff. I assume we don't want to just chunk it back into our local landfills via the trash, so I'm looking for the best way to deal with it. Thanks in advance for any advice! Good luck out there.

Your local recycler would take it
Sometimes they may even pay you for it...depending
mercury may be difficult to convince a recycler to take, learn proper handling and keep it for gold cleanups
