Already lost the rainbow now it looks like the Eagle Eye, This is from the minutes in the local club. #### brought up that He, along with @@@@ & AAAA have a lease agreement with the GPAA on the Eagle Eye. They are not expecting to renew the lease and the three of them would like to give the club members exclusive rights to the 80-acre claim. The claim is on both sides of the road. Estes Creek runs thru it. I removed the names of the people for their privacy.
What is going on?, why a we losing claims. It's bad enough the forest service is looking at a 2 year mineral withdrawal for the Black Hills. That means no claiming, no prospecting.

    Scott,

Thanks for the post. I am curious on how the GPAA Executives will respond to your posting.

No I haven't posted a report, haven't posted much for awhile since I've not being able to walk or stand for long periods for 2 yrs. But I'm healed up now and was out there today and the Migg. Did some metal detecting by a fire pit found a nickel.

Eagle Eye #1 is open for GPAA Members Use. I have paid all SD claims and when I have the SMW paperwork for this claim the payment will be made. GPAA has also granted the members benefit to all claim owners.

The Eagle Eye claim was closed by the owners in 2021 and no longer available for GPAA Members use.
When searching for open or closed claims please use the GPAA Online Mining Guide. Go to https://www.goldprospectors.org/ log onto your account and use the PROPERTIES tab on the page to search the state and county. You can also choose all which will show all claims in a state.
The Online Guide is updated with new and closed claims as they come in or go out of the claims for GPAA Members use.
