Posting a picture from my computer is a major undertaking that mystifies me. On most forums I participate in, I mere click the picture ikon at the top of the post and then can choose any jpeg from my computer.

OK I used my SWAG and figured it out. Here's how it works: Click on the i in the white balloon in the bar at the top, select image manager, select new folder, select upload, click the select to the right of block, pick your picture from your computer, select upload, select insert. The picture appears in your post. Hay, It isn't easy, but it works.
