    Hey Ya'll,

I am looking to get a furnace to help process my metals easier before I use my mini-jewlers torch and start making homemade jewlery/art. I obtain a lot of scrap electronics, metal alloy's, silver/gold plated items, brass, etc so I am looking for something I can set to a specific temperature and it will stick there so I can remove "the junk"/slag off the top. I will be getting different crucibles for different refining stages (and I am very familiar and have done chemical methods to remove the elements from PC parts, plated items, etc).

Any suggestions on a furnace brand/type- or even techniques? I feel a lot of people on youtube now are just trying to make a sale- and I'd rather hear from someone thats used the product for years so it wont break on me in a year

    Jason,
I have and have used so many times that I have rebuilt it twice the GPK-KK Kwik Kiln 6. Here is a link to the unit. For a small fast unit, I do not think it can be beat.
