Hello everyone. Newbie that knows nothing here. Im James “jamie” Kirksey, joined up a couple of mths ago & very excited to be a member and hopefully make some new friends enjoying a such an awesome hobby/passion. From Lubbock,TX, travel to NM & CO alot, but currently working in the Boston area for a few mths. Panned my first pan when I was 10yrs in Silverton, CO on a family trip then waited 35yrs to pick up another pan a few weeks ago while on vaca in Colo, but now I’m hooked! Tried several times to contact the Massachusetts chapter both email & phn w/ no response. So, if anyone knows of a prospector/member in northeast w/ some knowledge that I need to meet or has suggestions of places I need to explore/prospect during this time of year let me know. Only brought a few tools, a pan & detector w/ me but ready & eager to learn anything propecting related. Good luck to everyone.
