Hello all, i thought I would share this with all, I'm not pro at getting the fine gold, but I made a sluice frame that doubles as a miller table and also made a sluice with acrylic that goes on top of the miller table frame, so i made this acrylic sluice as a miller table on top with a deep well about 1/3 & the rest i put a shallow V rubber mat that slides in & out under the miller table part for easy clean out, and as you know the miller table is a great way to seperate the gold from the black sand and dirt (most of the gold at least, flat) as you also know the miller table doesn't catch the rolly polly gold that rolls right off, that's where the V mat comes into play (to catch that round gold), in my garage I made the recirculating sluice system where I run my pay dirt from last year and I'm getting a lot of the gold large flakes & very small (very small gold, which I didn't think it was there), you do have to run the dirt 2 or 3 times through if you want to catch most of the gold, like they say, you can never get all the gold out of the dirt, but I sure am getting a lot of it. I tried the Nome sand pay dirt that I bought to fine tune my sluice, which they say is very challenging to get out, & got quite a lot of the gold, it's amazing how much fine gold is in that a Nome sand, anyway I thought I would share this with all of you, I just started last year but have been learning a lot since. Thanks, Serg
