No dredging in ESH (essential salmon habitat) or in 303d listed waters. Dredge has to display permit number. Application fee was $250.00, permit was $250.00 a year. Application good for 5 years, permit is an automatic renewal for 5 years, unless recinded on their forms. If not paid they send to collection.
