Half interest in a 40 acre claim, 1/2 mile from the Quartzville Group, approximately 30 miles ENE of Sweet Home, Oregon. Other owner is a GPAA member, claim NOT listed in guide. We have held this claim since 2017. I only get up to it once of twice a year.

Approximately 2300 ft of year-round stream. Summer flow can get low. Have only explored about 500 ft in center, rest is somewhat overgrown.
So far gold has been small, and hard to find. Past history......hard rock mine last worked in the 1930's, (not on claim). Reportedly. 0.6 oz per ton, but was mostly in sulfides. GPAA listed claim half mile downstream.
Altitude is around 2300-2400 ft. Access is good gravel road at center of claim, suitable for passenger car, about 1 1/2 mile from paved road. Generally see some snow from Oct-Nov, gone by Apr-early May
Dredge is still allowed...4", June to October with proper permit.

Health issues and age are reason for selling.
