    im new to colorado and gold. so i need some advice ,tips , tricks? i got everything for xmas, pans, classifiers, mini sluice, hand dredge, mini kiln. now all i need is some GOLD! Help me, i will gladly be someones Gopher for a day just to gain some knowledge. thanks--- Trace  928-607-2353 leave msg. ill call back

    Hey Trace, Welcome to the GPAA family.

    First thing I would suggest is join one of the local chapters, there are 3 in CO, there are always folks in the chapters that will share info and techniques and knowledge, and give you a hand getting started. Most of them have monthly meetings and various outings.

    Another great source of info, is Johnny Walker at Clear Creek Prospecting in Denver, if anyone knows CO gold, he does. His shop is also where the Denver chapter of the GPAA meet.
