I got out of my car and had my new Fisher tuned up and configured right and wasn't 20 meters from the car before I got a strong signal, and non Iron at that. So I dug for a bit, dug a bit more, and behold, the lead wheel weight for a vehicle.
I found some foil, and a really old can, but I can't say anything worth while. I have it set to find a match head size nugget pretty deep so I guess out of the three most popular metals of the old west I found the least expensive one, I guess better than nothing at all.
I don't know what was going on in the Delores River today but the small claims and large setups were very busy, I just hope my pans show some color this time around.
