Hello all, I transit up and down the state of California regularly as a Retiree. I go regularly and would like to extend an invitation to any members who would care to join. I am an older gent but steady on my feet and a hard worker. My next trip will be day by day across 6/10 to 7/1 in the bay-area region of CA. This weekend I'll spend a few days hopping around claims in MARIPOSA County. Feel free to reach out at rickneuhaus@gmail.com or my other partner at elysiumplain@aol.com Happy Hunting,

Hey Rick, I'll be at Nugget Trap 2 in Plumas county between 6/25-6/30. Will be camping at Antelope Lake. I also plan on visiting Grizzly Gold A on one of those days. Always nice to see a fellow club member at one of the claims. Dennis Fitzwater

Good choice 👍 Dennis! Don’t forget your fishing pole…Antelope is a hidden gem!! FYI, if you’re interested, rose quartz can also be found there as well. Great luck at the claims!!

Thanks Brian. I'll definately keep that in mind regarding the rose quartz. I'll post again this year what my results are at Nugget Trap 2. Dennis

Dennis, I searched last night for the information I had on Antelope Lake rose quartz to share with you and couldn’t find it…too many saved GPAA magazines and gold maps/information 😕. I haven’t searched for it there yet, but remember something mentioned about an outcropping of it on/near the lake, which I hope has refilled with water now.? FYI…🤫 I’ve also read of old timer accounts of gold being found in/with the rose quartz in Plumas County. Brian 🤝
