Hi, I am pursuing a problem that my partners and I have encountered concerning access to our claim. First, is it legal to be denied access to a current, viable, legal claim with BLM by a private property owner? From my understanding you can not be landlocked. This claim is in the Libby Montana area. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
