This year me and Gary did some crevicing in the Morning and Sniping after lunch and it paid off Nicely !!! Bedrock Bennett and Hugo joined us Sniping after lunch and we all found Gold !!! Me and Tim got upgraded to Silver this year LBPA !!!!! Thanks Brothers.....

The tribe has gathered for another year at the Fifth annual North Yuba River Nugget Hunt . It was Hot but the River was refreshing as the Prospectors searched for those elusive Gold Nuggets. Follow along our journey into the happenings of Saturday July 29th 2023 at the 2023 North Yuba River Nugget Hunt !!! There were More prospectors in attendance this year than the other Four years combined ( Yes Bigger is Better ) and I know I didn't get pictures or Video of everyone as they came and went thoughtout the day. There were plenty of Metal detector's running and Gold Pan's a panning and sluice boxes running and showing that Yuba Gold dancing in the riffles. Sniping paid off this year with the added areas to hunt !!! It was a great time spending the day in the Mother lode with friends old and new, finding Gold and sharing stories it's a shame we only do this once a year !!!!!
The AU Twins @autwins5610 from the Weather Channel's TV Show Frozen Gold were back again this year . We Gathered together at the end of the day at Camp America to see who would Win some of the many prizes.
