The Last Trip to the Hydraulic pits for the year was the best trip for me. We load up in Brian's Dodge Ram Pickup and head for the pits in hopes of pockets full of Placer Gold Nuggets the size of walnuts !!!!! ( We can Dream ) !!!! Each week me and Gary and Brian say this is probably our last trip of the year before the Snow runs us out till next spring and this was that Trip !!!!! The weather was cold but the Gold was waiting to be found and boy did I find it Not only was it my best day this year for total weight but I got my biggest piece of the year also !!!! You could say I miss the pits and the Gold but that would be a under statement !!!
