I cannot bend over and exert myself physically due to lung disease and wounds from the military. I am legally disabled with paperwork and sweet parking placard to show for it. I am trying to find information on the americans with disabilities act protections for prospecting. In particular i need to be able to prospect standing up such as using a high banker or the gold cube and trommel but pretty much every state prohibits using mechanical classifiers thus i am unable to prospect on public lands as a healthy person can. Any lawyers with advise?

Sure is hard with Disabilities when all you want to be is normal. I'm in the same boat. I. A disabled Vet. Most of the claims here in CA are all rough terrain which makes it hard. I wish I could answer your questions I'm still so very green. I'm trying to find easy access places. I hope someone will or has the answers to this. It would be great for the ones who need just a little hand. Thanks for your service too.
