"I spoke with a ASLD spokesperson on 06/30/2021 to better understand the question of Ingress and egress across Arizona State Trust Lands. This is what I was able to discover from the conversation." (Kevin Hoagland)
INGRESS/EGRESS THROUGH ARIZONA STATE TRUST LAND
You may drive any registered motor vehicle through existing Federal, State or County mapped, named, and/or numbered public roads that crosses AZ State Trust Land for ingress or egress only.
Due to the closure of State Trust Land statewide, you cannot use State Trust Land for any recreational activity at this time. The closure includes those holding a current Arizona State Land Department Recreation Permit. Currently these permits are not being issued.
